This 20 mile trail was walked in several sections.

The first section is from Cranford Park to Yeading Lane – approximately 5 miles.

The second section is from Yeading Lane to the Ickenham – approximately 5 miles

The third section was Ickenham to Ruislip Lido.

Note the diversion early-on due to HS2 works. 🙁

The fourth section was Ruislip Lido to Harefield Church.

The final section was Harefield Church to Springwell Lock – approximately 4 miles.
